Workshops and Professional Development

· Caregiver Education Sessions

These 90 minute online sessions are intended to provide parents, caregivers, teachers, and community members with introductory information regarding mental health challenges that can affect children and youth. This month’s sessions look at substance use with a harm reduction approach, understanding autism, and helping pre-teens with ‘Junior-High Jitters’

· Lunch & Learn Webinars

In our 60 minute lunchtime webinars, we will be wrapping up our four part series on understanding anxiety as we look at ways we can help our children and youth to overcome avoidance.
