Office Hours:
We are open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Closed from 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch.

Utilities:
- Arrowwood has a bi-monthly billing set up. The monthly rate for water, sewer and garbage is $87.30 with a 9 cubic meter of water usage maximum. 10 cubic meters and more, is a charge of $2.60/cubic meter.
- Garbage pick up is every Thursday. Please have your garbage bagged at at your curb by 11:00 am. Garbage set out overnight MUST be in a sealed garbage can only.
- Recycling will be available soon – please stay tuned for updates. Cardboard recycling is available and is located on the west side of the grader shop at the east end of the village.
Property Assessments/Tax Notices:
- Combined Property Assessments and Tax notices will be sent out at the end of May.
- Taxes are due August 31, 2025
- Final date for an assessment appeal is August 23, 2025 – Contact Lance Wehlage of Benchmark Assessment Consultant Inc. at 403-381-0535 ext. 105 if you have any assessment inquiries.
- Formal assessment appeal forms are available on our website or in the Village Office. Starting costs for formal appeals are $50.00. Please see attached brochure for more information.
